I am Almaza Faris, an Industrial Engineering and Management engineer and a social-tech entrepreneur. I grew up in Hurfeish in northern Israel, and through my personal experience with hearing impairment, I learned how to turn challenge into purpose.
My work brings together engineering, technology, and social vision to create innovative solutions that promote accessibility, confidence, and new opportunities for people facing similar challenges. I believe everyone deserves to be heard, to belong, and to move beyond the limits others may place on them.
Through my personal and professional journey, I aim to inspire others, reshape the way people think about disability, and show that meaningful change begins with the courage to be who we truly are.
